Commercial terms

💰 Success fee

Flat rate of 2% across all services. Floor 20K€ (fundraising), 25K€ (buy-side) or 30K€ (sell-side). Calculated on amount raised or transaction value.

🔁 Modularity

Any standalone deliverable purchased is fully deducted if the client subsequently commits to a mandate. No risk in starting small.

💳 Billing

Subscriptions: monthly on anniversary date. Deliverables: 50% on order / 50% on delivery. Mandates: deliverables 50/50, retainer billed monthly, success fee at closing.

📜 Subscriptions

Monthly: 3-month minimum, renewable. Annual: 12 months with -20% on monthly rate. Cancellation with 30-day notice.

📈 Cross-discounts

-10% Subscription→Deliverable | -15% Subscription→Mandate (Phase 1 deliverables) | -15% multi-deliverable bundle (3+). Previously purchased deliverables deducted from mandate.
